You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. NustarPH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
NustarPH reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NustarPH account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
You agree to notify NustarPH immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. NustarPH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us, provided that such unauthorized use did not result from our negligence.
NustarPH will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from NustarPH that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on the NustarPH Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). NustarPH supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved online banking channels as may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are generally credited to your NustarPH account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. NustarPH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
NustarPH does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which NustarPH bears no responsibility.
NustarPH may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
NustarPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All games available on the NustarPH Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation. All content on the NustarPH Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of NustarPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of NustarPH.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, NustarPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
NustarPH does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
NustarPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your NustarPH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
NustarPH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at nustarph.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
NustarPH implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and NustarPH cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
NustarPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. NustarPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, NustarPH reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your NustarPH account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
NustarPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, NustarPH will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
NustarPH operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
